It is also not a cellular booster but a femtocell just like the 3G MicroCell was. I'm assuming you have a postpaid AT&T Cellular To be clear, the Cell Booster is LTE only. Read my Cell Booster Tech Guide, link is in my sig line.ġ0. If the option is not available, then your iPhone will only use LTE.ĩ. Make sure your iPhone is set to LTE if that is an option. ![]() ![]() The LTE light should flash white if connection to your phone is made and your phone should indicate LTE. Have you completely powered off your phone, let it sit for a minute or so, and the power it back on while in close proximity to the Cell Booster? It could be that your phone needs to register the Cell Booster as part of its cellular neighborhood. Support can be useless because most of them do not even fully understand how the Cell Booster works and their scripts really don't solve anything.ħ. Otherwise, there will be conflicting requests which will lock the system up.Ħ. Multiple attempts to deregister/register the Cell Booster may lock up your Cell Booster account because the request needs to go all the way through the system. You may have to power off the Cell Booster completely and leave it alone for a day or two. ![]() Did you double check that your address and information is correct on the app and that it matches your cellular account?ĥ.
